1. Minimum order is $ 500.
2. All prices are net F.O.B. Vernon, CA Warehouse; thus the customer will pay all freight charges. Titles of merchandise pass to buyer at origin; customer owns goods in transit and must fill all claims for loss, damage of freight overcharges with the freight carrier.
3. Claims for shortages, damaged or defective merchandise must be reported in writing within 2 days of receipt of goods. Carton shortages must be indicated on carrier's delivery receipt bill of lading.
4. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a return authorization number. Returns and cancelled orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original Packaging, invoice copies and delivery copies must accompany all returns.

2. Credit Card: Visa, Master Card and American Express Cards
3. Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise is subject to stock availability. Royal Manufacturers shall not be responsible for any typographical errors, packing or design changes. Liability of Royal Manufacturers is limited maximum to the purchase price of merchandise.
4. For direct import full container orders:
a. 20% advance deposit required
b. 80% balance required upon loading of goods in Overseas port


creditterms

All terms are subject to approval of Royal Manufacturers and the company’s Credit Insurance Company. New customers are submitted to Credit Insurance Company (Capital Factors, Inc.) for approval. D&B rating, bank accounts, most current financial statements and trade references are checked.

shipping

Customers reserve the right to choose their own Freight Company. We usually ship orders through the most affordable and dependable way with customer’s approval. We try to find the best rates for our clients with several Freight Companies to assure quality and affordable service. Nevertheless, most of the orders are freight collect. We schedule the pick-up and delivery of goods and the Freight Company will bill our customer for the shipping charges.

For customers within 20 miles in radius from our location, we deliver free of charge with a minimum purchase of $1000.00.


productguarantee

Royal guarantees all factory defective products at all times. These defects include at the time of opening of the box: not working at all; missing, broken or bent parts. After sale & use and still found defective, guarantee will be for one year after the shipment departs from the factory. Guarantee does not cover normal wear of parts, damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to operating instructions, or disassembly, repair, or alteration by any person other than our factory service center.

Use and Care Booklets:
If a use and care booklet for your Royal Cook appliance or Royal Cookware is required, send a $5.00 check or money order and a brief note including your name, address, model number and description to:

Your booklet should be delivered within two weeks.

Replacement of Defective Products:
If you need to get replacement for your defective cookware or merchandise, please send a $5.00 check or money order with the defective item and a brief note including your name, address and telephone number to:

An original receipt for validity should accompany request to replace or repair of product. The replacement should be shipped within two weeks* upon approval.

* Based on availability of product.


Defective Products for Full Container Orders:
As it is customary in direct import full container orders in either of the above cases, the Customer will be responsible for the first 3% defectives quantity and Royal Manufacturers will replace anything that is above the 3% defectives by free goods on the next container.
